Interpretation and Definitions 


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Service refers to the Website, Fidelior™’s manuscript scanning, searching, reporting or data services, Presentations and Content Services (e.g., blogs, newsletter, videos, emailers, etc.).

Website refers to Fidelior™, accessible from, and

Presentations refer to PowerPoint or other types of presentations, whether offered via face-to-face workshops or via online platforms.
